Atmospheric disturbances together with possible deviations in weight and in moment of inertia of vehicle tend to change flight path away from normal flight path; condition for proper cutoff time for rocket power, and proper corrections in elevator angle so that vehicle will land at chosen destination; scheme of tracking and automatic navigation involving high speed computer and elevator servo suggested.
