Ateliers et Chantiers de la Seine Maritime (Worms et Cie.) have built at their Le Trait yard two tankers to account of Anglo Saxon Petroleum Co., London; length 421 ft.; corresponding deadweight 10,920 tons; gross tonnage 7992 tons; hull is constructed on combined longitudinal and transverse system in way of tanks, longitudinal framing being employed in bottoms and under decks, and transverse framing on sides; propelling machinery consists of two Werkspoor 4-stroke, single-acting engines, having each 6 cylinders, 24.6 in. diam. with piston stroke of 47.25 in.
