Space flight projects are divided into ballistic trajectories, earth orbital, lunar flight and exploration, and interplanetary flight and exploration; first three missions are manned and unmanned, while last mission class consists of unmanned missions only; problems to be solved in extended space voyage include space vehicle maintenance and extra-vehicular activities, visual skill performance, and manual and automatic control of spacecraft systems; maintenance and handling of nuclear power systems; development status of space suits for extravehicular activities; tests developed for Gemini G-T 5 and G-T 7 flight concerning visual acuity of astronauts in space.
