Writer describes scheme evolved by him to solve the fuel problem and explains operation of device composed of four main units, namely, (1) a special inlet manifold which has water-jacket as well as combustion jacket; (2) a burner attached to combustion jacket; (3) a vaporizer used to furnish mixture for burner; and (4) an auxiliary ignition breaker and coil used to furnish spark for burner spark-plug.
