Objections to present British rigid airship policy with particular reference to R 100 and R 101 given by naval architect; no airship will be able to travel on even keel throughout whole period of long flight; movement of rigid airship in storm follows periodic laws, but is entirely dependent upon speed and direction of currents; floors and walls have no heat capacity; experiences of R.34 discussed.
