Motion system concepts which have not been fully utilized for training flight simulators, but which promise to provide more accurate motion system representation; vestibular system examined, and information given to pilot is shown to be of "phase advance nature"; motion system programming considerations are presented; desirability of customizing motion system to aid training of pilot for specific tasks.
