Milan is first city in Europe to take initiative to introduce American car and operating practice, which has been great success; Germany, in order to meet traffic-congestion problems, has borrowed one of these cars and experimentally operated it in Frankfort, being city most suitable as to conditions and rates, conclusions and results.
