Most 1950 models are restyled and offer mechanical improvements; 4-cyl F-head engine is used on Jeepster, station wagon and truck and is basically same in most respects as original 4-cyl engine, except for introduction of new head and its valve train; F-head model compared with L-head engine gives increased torque and greatly increased horsepower over wider range; improved 6-cyl engine has larger bore, higher compression, and more power.
