Built by Barclay Curle and Co, Glasgow, vessel "Dunera" is sister ship of "Dilwara"; length 520 ft; breadth molded 63 ft; depth molded 43 ft 6 in.; draft 23 ft 4 in.; propelled by two sets of Barclay Curle-Doxford opposed piston airless injection oil engines with cylinders 560 mm diam and 1680 mm stroke, each of which is assembled as 5-cyl unit.
