Description of five switching locomotives of 0-10-2 type built by Baldwin Locomotive Works for Union Railroad Co, Pittsburgh, with unusually large conical boiler with total evaporating heating surface of 4808 sq ft, boiler pressure of 260 lb per sq in., designed to develop tractive force of 66,000 lb at 20 mph.
