Discussion based on findings of Royal Commission on Transport to effect that use of larger railway car should be encouraged; involved in general problem, is one concerning wider use of high-capacity vehicles properly so called, or those having load content of 30, 40 or 50 tons; for ordinary coal traffic, 20-ton car, as suggested by F. Pole, would still seem to be ideal one.
