Conqueror engine; landing lights made retractable; tail wheel and strut enclosed in sheet-metal fairing; to facilitate replacement of fuselage parts it is constructed in three sections, built separately and bolted together; monocoque construction applied to roomy mail compartment; wing span 47 ft. 6 in.
