Flight path followed by airplane which was being flown by blindfolded pilot was observed and recorded for number of pilots; dual-control VE-7 airplane with pilot at center of gravity; tests show muscular balance to play small part in flying, excepting in correlation with visual reference in development of polished technique; when pilot attempted to make straight-away flight there usually developed tendency to deviate from straight path and to take up spiral one.
