Navy are discussed; establishment of weather stations on ships and their aid to coastal forecasts; special meteorological stations on Lexington and Saratoga aircraft carriers; knowledge of avigation of ocean important to seagoing pilot; landing on decks; requirements of fighting, observation, torpedo, bombing and scouting, and patrol planes are outlined.
