Single engine aircraft with 1000 mi radius, capable of carrying 14 passengers or six stretcher cases; typical uses would include forestry patrol, rescue work, crop dusting, military supply dropping and liaison duties; design of wings, flaps, ailerons, fuselage undercarriage and controls; both landplanes and seaplanes are built as "Otter" system.
