Notes on contemplated 450 mi 20 in. crude line from oil fields in northwestern Canada to refineries at Regina, Sask, with 200 mi 18 and 16 in. extension to shipping terminal at Superior, Wis; line will be constructed initially with six pumping stations, three in isolated locations; these stations will be served by aircraft which can land in summer on wheels and in winter on skids.
