Analysis was based on use of unsteady aerodynamic data, obtained by United Aircraft Research Laboratories, on NACA 0012 airfoil oscillating in pitch about its quarter-chord over wide range of values of incidence angle, oscillatory frequency, amplitude of motion and free-stream velocity; two different procedures to determine stability characteristics of S-61F rotor were employed; summary of results obtained.
