Method is described for determining initial conditions for computing moon to earth trajectories which will terminate near desired recovery site; theorems on symmetry of trajectories in earth-moon space are applied to determination of initial conditions for return flight; geometric constraints on approach directions and available recovery times to be expected are presented.
