New method for determining resonance velocities of caterpillar tractors based on analytical and experimental investigation of interaction between excited and natural vibrations, and undulatory movement of track; results permit avoiding tractor design errors that cause working speeds of tractor being in phase with resonance velocities of cater-pillar tracks.
