Dump trucks play a key role in cargo transportation on intra-quarry roads, ensuring efficient extraction and transportation of raw materials. Optimizing the boundary conditions of their motion is a necessary step to improve productivity and reduce costs in the mining industry. This abstract presents a study aimed at analyzing and improving the traffic conditions of dump trucks inside quarries. The study includes an analysis of typical problems faced by dump trucks on quarry roads, such as congestion, road conditions, speed limits and traffic safety. Based on modern modeling and optimization techniques, solutions are proposed to improve boundary conditions and improve logistics efficiency. Also, various technical and organizational measures are analyzed, such as the implementation of monitoring and control systems, route optimization, driver training and improvement of road infrastructure. Using data from real cases and expert assessments, the study proposes an integrated approach to optimizing the boundary conditions of dump trucks, which helps increase productivity, reduce costs and improve safety on internal quarry roads. This study is intended to be useful to mining, logistics and engineering professionals, as well as business managers who are interested in optimizing freight transportation processes and improving the efficiency of in-mine vehicle fleets.
