Based on the method of cost management, this paper clarifies the way to increase the efficiency of the interfim interface in the supply chain. Coordinating the cost management programs with suppliers and customers, the core firm makes the best of all opportunities which serve effectively for the synergic cost management. And the interfirm coordination in the supply chain helps all firms find lower cost solutions that cannot be identified in isolation in the product design and development stages. This paper emphasize on the promotion of cost management through information technology. Finally, the supply chain application integration based on the information coordination center is proposed as a coordination mode to get a multi-win goal.
