In this paper, the data of driver's pupil size in different road conditions is obtained through the use of vehicle driving simulator and eye tracker. Then, the relationship between driver's pupil size and road horizontal alignment is established. The results showed that: the minimum horizontal curve radius should be between 450–500m.
