From the testing of cold in-place recycling asphalt pavement in cold regions of China, combined with pavement design data, some pavement performance indicators and information were obtained, such as design deflection of recycling pavement, actual rebound deflection of pavement before and after regeneration, structure strength coefficient index (SSI), and pavement condition index (PCI). Through the analysis of the test data, condition of the cold in-place recycling asphalt pavement in cold regions and structural strength improvement of recycling asphalt pavement through regeneration were evaluated. The prediction model of the recycling pavement performance was established. Two approaches to predict the service life of the cold in-place recycling asphalt pavement were developed.
