This paper starts from the real situation that helicopter, as a new rescue tool, will be widely used in the field of China's emergency rescue and attempts to explore the principle of the layout and site of helicopters emergency rescue in the highway service area. Based on the best first aid time of expressway traffic accidents in medicine and the actual situation in China, this paper uses the cluster analysis to model the network layout of helicopter rescue on the highway. Empirical analysis proves that the method has a strong practical value and operability.
