This paper describes rear-end collision phenomena of the current existence, based on the principle of rigid body kinematics, the effective crash velocity of automobiles in rear-end collision is analyzed by using momentum conservation and energy rules, and to derive the crash acceleration of the crash car and the crashed car in rear-end impact accidents. According to the relation of collision impact force and acceleration, the mechanics model of occupants suffer extrusion force in the crash car and occupants suffer shear force in the crashed car is established. This model can definite the occupants' injury in rear-end impact accidents, some problems in rear-end collision can be solved through the model.
