Intelligent real-time dispatching system is that apply the advanced techniques to urban public transport, and to solve disorder and low-efficiency of the public transit vehicle. This paper discusses that to design public transport network, to establish the mathematical models and its solution for multi-objective programming. When the public transport network is operating, the objective function is established for the minimum of the trip times, and the simulated annealing algorithm is adopted for the network optimization. In the end, the paper studies the key technology of intelligent real-time dispatching. It is proved that the real-time network optimization is rational, the real-time dispatching system is advanced, and the information service is timely and accurate.
