At stub-end of railway network in China, there are the brilliant features in forming the railway area and the terminals, their development and technical progress is always the state of the arts of the epoch. In this paper the study is carried out on the planning and layout of the railway area and stub-end type junction terminal in another new period under the construction status with leading of the passenger special line adopting high standard and new technique into terminal. The idea of systematic and hierarchical planning has been put forward. The general arrangement of such railway terminals and the design proposals of corresponding passenger transport system has been generalized and summarized.
