Based on the analysis of present situation of urban rail transit safety, this paper expatiate the necessity to build an emergency treatment assistant decision system of urban rail transit. Prior to the system building, it is necessary to establish a control center for urban rail transit operations, management and emergency treatment. Then analyze the process of emergency treatment, and suggest a structure of the emergency treatment assistant decision system based on the analysis result. In this structure, the system can be divided into six subsystems. After that, it gives a detail description to each subsystem's function. Through depicting the system's work flow, it introduces how these subsystems cooperate with each other on the circumstance of emergency. At last, it gives some elementary research to the design of emergency plan management subsystem-the core of the system. The system could promote the accidents treatment's veracity, enhance the control of accidents on time, so it can raise the level of automation of the urban rail transit greatly.
