Drivers' parking choice behavior affects directly the use of the parking lots (e.g. utilization rate, cycling velocity, etc.), and it also benefits on the district parking lots and the general parking distribution condition in the region. On the base of analyzing the factors affecting parking choice, this paper gives a parking utility function including the parking guidance information, builds drivers' parking choice behavior model by applying discrete choice model theory, and discusses the parameter determining method. Lastly, this paper studies the practical significance of the model.
