The vibration problem of bridge subjected to a moving elastic vehicle is investigated. The model consists of two Euler-Bernoulli beams which are assumed to be connected by flexible springs at two discrete points, and the elastic stiffness and inertial effects of the vehicle are included in the analysis. The modal superposition method is used to solve the partial differential equations. The ordinary differential equations are numerically solved and the results are presented in a nondimensional form. Influence factors on the dynamic response of the bridge are discussed in details.
