Green logistics is a development trend in modern logistics, and green transport is its important link, while Collaborative Transportation is a feasible mode to realize green transport. The paper describes the current development status at home and abroad of Collaborative Transportation, raises Collaborative Transportation strategy based on Green Logistics, and provides the major functions of Collaborative Transportation platform, which is the basis for Collaborative Transportation implementation. Meanwhile, the paper also puts forward the principles of Collaborative Transportation. According to this principle, the vehicles can be dispatched under different status. The paper also classifies Collaborative Transportation route planning under different status and gives its implementation process. The paper aims to have regional cooperation for logistics enterprises, share the information under the uniform platform, give full play to individual advantages, and improve the common profits and efficiency of cooperative enterprise to reduce vehicle waste during transportation and environmental pollution and loss.
