Based on the theory of vehicle-track coupled dynamics, a vertical train-floating slab track-tunnel coupled dynamic model is developed in time domain. The train contains six vehicles and each vehicle is a multi-rigid-body system of 10 DOFs, and the rail and the slab are, respectively, modeled by Timoshenko beam and Euler beam, and the track foundation and the tunnel are simplified as a composite Euler beam on an elastic foundation. The fasteners and vibration isolators are modeled by linear spring-damper elements, and the vertical wheel/rail interaction is solved by the nonlinear Hertz contact theory. The average power flow into the track foundation in time domain is take as the index to evaluate the vibration isolation performance of the floating slab track.
