Studies on road traffic crashes have attracted the attention of scholars. However, there is a lack of understanding of truck-rollover crashes on expressway ramps. Based on the collected data from 2012 to 2016 in Shanxi Province, China, this research presents the analysis of risk factors affecting the severity of truck-rollover crashes on highway ramps. The research strategy was implemented to estimate the effects of various factors on injury severity given that a truck-rollover crash has occurred by means of logistic regression model. This study revealed that the older age (45 to 64 years) had higher odds of being involved in serious truck-rollover crashes. Truck-rollover crashes occurring in rainy days, in the afternoon (12:00–17:59), or with speeding vehicles, had a higher odds of a serious outcome than their counterpart categories. Besides, truck-rollover crashes involving multi-vehicles, overloaded vehicles, or unbelted drivers were more likely to cause a serious outcome.
