There are some deficiencies in the existing urban traffic guidance system, i.e., unavailability of interacted guidance technologies, lack of overall optimization on the time-space effect in information guidance, and poor coordination in the process of information publication. Considering the basis of real-time network running status, in the study: (1) the coordination guidance mode with a variety of guidance methods is modeled; (2) the guidance information under different coordination guidance mode is coordinated and optimized, such as information release time, information release space, and information graphics expression; (3) the collaborative induced strategy adapting to the current environment and traffic is generated so that the traffic guidance effect can be maximized and evacuation congestion traffic can be mitigated to balance the distribution of road network traffic flow.
