As an important part of the urban transport system, the main function of urban railway transportation is to enhance the efficiency of the entire city and reduce economic losses caused by traffic congestion. With increasing urban population density, residents’ choosing to travel has become a group behavior. Taking into account the significant difference in the purposes of passengers’ travel and various factors affecting price adjustment from the view of government, corporations and passengers, this paper proposes a novel method to adopt different pricing policies dynamically. This method is to hunt for a balance of government, corporations and passengers aiming at maximum social welfare.
