This paper presents a series of methods for making an express freight train working diagram, which includes "making the freight train line and the passenger train line in the same measure depends on the speed level of the train" and "making the freight train and the passenger train share the same scale for locomotive operation". The methods are conducive to improving the quality of an express freight train working diagram and completes the theory of express freight transportation organization.
