Many cities in China have already implemented the bicycle sharing program as a strategy to promote low-carbon transportation policies. Public bicycles can solve the “last mile problem”, extending the reach of subway stations from a pedestrian-accessible circle to a cycling-accessible circle, thereby further upgrading subway stations. This paper explores the construction of traffic networks and the analysis methods of network accessibility in single mode and multi-mode based on the ArcGIS network analysis method. Taking Nanjing as a case, this paper constructs the Nanjing Metro network and the “Metro + Bicycle” network, and uses the modified potential model to calculate the accessibility measurements. Finally, the accessibility results of the two networks are compared through statistical analysis. It is concluded that the overall accessibility of the “Metro + Bicycle” network is better than that of the subway network.
