Regional logistics industry competitiveness means, within a certain region, a comprehensive manifestation of logistics industry's resource endowment advantages, capabilities of logistics enterprises, government's supporting policies and innovation capabilities of industry, which are distinguished from other regions and play positive roles in promoting regional economic development. This paper constructs an evaluation system of regional logistics industry competitiveness from three dimensions: realistic competitiveness, environment competitiveness and development competitiveness. This system reflects regional logistics' contribution degree to industrial resources, industrial competitive environment and industry competition process. Competitiveness of the logistics industry in Hubei Province is selected as the target evaluation. The cluster analysis method is used on the regional logistics industry growth and inter-district comparison. Then the logistics industry competitiveness gap among Hubei Province and 31 provinces and cities in China is made sure. Now the competitiveness level of Hubei Province in China can be make sure. The conclusion of the study is of great value on the integration of regional resources and enhancing the competitiveness of regional logistics.
