Demarcating location of distribution is often guided by the law of enterpriser's experience nowadays. However, The method is not effective when the requirement increases to some extent. The present work will convert the question of demarcating location of distribution into location problems of warehouse and network. Based on this conversion, the mathematical model and simulation of simple example will be constructed. According to the condition of simple example, the questions will be investigated by simulation of Trans-CAD software of geographical information system(GIS). The effects of demarcating location with the two methods will be compared. This work will provide theoretical support for enterpriser to. perform demarcating location rationally by GIS system.
