Pollution caused by transportation is multifaceted. Waste gas and noise are main pollutions. The environmental impact from these pollutions will be different because of different weather, geographic place and population density. So it is dynamic to evaluate environmental affects from transportation. Along with the change of influential factors, the same pollution discharge may lead to different environmental impact. Setting up a suitable indicator system is important for evaluating the impact on environment from transportation. The paper sets up an indicator system of transportation environment and a dynamic evaluation model of transportation environment based on SVM. Firstly, indicators grade standards dispersed the standard district and produced efficient samples. These samples are revised according to the weather and geographic place. Finally, the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of transportation environment quality is obtained based on SVM.
