Bus bunching is a common phenomenon in the process of bus operation, affecting the reliability of the bus system and reducing the level of bus service. Based on the basic processing and analysis of public transportation data in Foshan City, this paper selects the bus lines with obvious bus bunching, collinear sections, and good data quality, and expands the traditional research on the influencing factors of single-line bus bunching to include the influence of buses on different lines in the common line segment, which enriches the influencing factors of bus bunching. The results have important theoretical significance for enriching and completing existing theory and methods of public transportation and practical value for improving service level and the intelligent management decision support system for public transportation.
