With the increase of train speed, the influence of vehicle vibration and noise on ride comfort is increasingly significant. Using active control elements to control vehicle vibration has become one of the main research directions. In this paper, the magnetic levitation electromagnetic actuator based on the linear quadratic regulator is given. Firstly, the validity of the control theory is verified by simulation and experiment, and then the control theory is applied to the railway vehicle model for simulation analysis, and the time-delay effect is researched. The simulation results show that, when the time-delay effect is not significant, the actuator has obvious promotion in resonance region, and it has certain effect on optimizing the Sperling index.
