This paper considers a set of mathematical models to ensure controlled motion of a spacecraft equipped with a solar sail under the influence of sunlight pressure. The set of models includes model of the light pressure force on an imperfectly reflecting solar sail, differential equations covering motion of the center of mass and motion around the center of mass of a spacecraft equipped with an imperfectly reflecting solar sail. Models developed are implemented in a software package designed to simulate controlled heliocentric motion of a spacecraft with an imperfectly reflecting solar sail. An example is provided using the flight of a spacecraft from the orbit of the Earth to the orbit of Mars.
