The need for a new gravity model may be a prerequisite to explain anomalous behavior exhibited by several recent experiments. Although Newtonian gravity is adequate for predicting the motion of celestial bodies, these bodies move at slow speeds compared to relativistic conditions. Moreover, anomalous behavior as well as the existence of gravitational waves limits the use of Newtonian gravity. Angular momentum may explain various spin asymmetries allowing the transfer of gravitational radiation directly into angular momentum observed in some anomalous gyroscope experiments, some possible work by the Germans during WW II, and recent experiments performed by the Russians to replicate the Searle Device where they record a sizable weight reduction. These experiments are discussed in the context of anticipated or claimed results as well as anomalous behavior and in some cases; these anomalies may be manifestations of the spin or torsion fields where results heavily depend upon rotational rate and direction. Part II attempts to apply some analytical judgments to this issue by creating a newer gravity model. Finally, if true, these new effects can have a revolutionary impact upon theoretical physics and Astronautics.
