A mathematical model of the dissolution of titanium carbide inclusions in a titanium melt containing nanosized refractory particles is constructed. The developed model makes it possible to study the influence of the parameters of a nanostructured liquid medium on the resistance to dissolution of refractory compounds during laser surfacing of a nanomodified coating containing a hardening phase (titanium carbide). The dissolution time of the carbon-containing chemical compound is determined depending on the concentration of nanomodifying particles and the melt temperature.
