The planning tools for resourcing a high-tech corporation allow to answer the question of the sufficiency of the corporation resourcing in the context of the necessity for advanced development. According to the proposed approach, the resourcing of a high-tech corporation is planned in three stages. The required corporation resourcing by the classical scheme is estimated at the first stage. At this stage, the necessary volumes of the financial, material, labor, temporary, informational, and other resources are described both at the stages of research and development of high-tech products and at the stages of the production preparation and the very production. The factors of innovation with due consideration for the specifics of high-tech production are taken into account at the second stage. The forecast of the necessary volumes of resources is made using the adaptive model at the third stage of planning for resourcing a high-tech corporation. The proposed tools allow to plan the resourcing of a high-tech corporation with due consideration of the trends in the changes in the required resourcing over the year or other arbitrary time samples observed in the statistical data.
