Upper bounds to both the Neutrino, and Graviton masses, from theoretical/phenomenological considerations are reviewed, with implications as to how the masses so implied can aid the interexchangability of neutrino detection and HFGW detection. This could with careful data analysis make Li Baker HFGW measurements interexchangable with ICECUBE neutrino physics data sets.
