The paper considers the issues of wastewater treatment of mechanical engineering enterprises of the rocket and space industry using immobilized microorganisms. Based on the analysis of the process, its hardware design with subsequent development of bioflotation machine is selected, which can significantly reduce capital and operating costs, as well as areas for the placement of treatment facilities. At the same time, the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant itself, which has a diverse component composition, can be significantly increased.
