The synthetic rubber industry occupies a special place in the structure of the chemical complex. The importance of the development of synthetic rubber production in Russia is due to the special significance of the final products, the presence of a wide raw material base, high economic efficiency, as well as great prospects for the growth of consumption within the country and abroad. The sustainable development of synthetic rubber production will contribute to solving the problems of economic security and improving the environmental situation in large rubber-producing regions. Alkaline washing of the isopentane-isoprene-tolule fraction is an important node in the production of polyisoprene rubber and is designed to destroy harmful impurities in the solvent, such as carbonyl compounds. The quality of alkaline washing of isopentane-isoprene-tolule fraction directly affects the quality of the rubber obtained. During the project, it is necessary to investigate the mathematical model of the virtual analyzer based on production data, as well as design its working model. The developed models will increase the degree of automation and control of the technological process.
