Galileo is a satellite navigation other than GPS and belongs to Europe. The influence of the existence of this new satellite constellation needs to be assessed if it will be implemented in Indonesia. We conduct the study by install three reference station on the top of LAPAN office. The equipment consists of three reference station and one rover. Data were obtained in quiet ionospheric activity using Novatel receiver which could output Galileo data. Galileo constellation has not been completed but we use this data to have an initial analysis of its performance independently. Results show coarse data caused by multipath. Error positioning in the vertical component is still in under the required protection level for CAT I. But horizontal component does not meet the requirement. This could be caused by poor satellite geometry in combination with an insufficient available satellite.
